RAMI YACOUB

Home A while ago Xian emailed me and suggested I add some more information about the Cheiron songwriters and songwriters who work with Max Martin. A great suggestion! Thanks. So I'm trying to do that.

News 2009 Date of Birth 17 January 1975
  News 2008

The following info (in italics) is from the old Cheiron Studio website:

Rami picked up his first instrument at the age of 14 and began playing bass in a heavy metal band (I don't know what the band name was). Another band member was Daniel Papalexis who later became a production partner in Ez Production (Daniel Papalexis has worked with E-Type). But before his days as a producer Rami tried a short lived career with the single 'Sight With Sore Eyes', but then decided to give all his attention to writing and producing instead.

Ez Productions became well known in the music industry with the huge success of Lutricia McNeal and the worldwide hits 'Ain't that just they way' and 'Stranded'.

Rami's talent caught the eyes (and perhaps ears!) of Max Martin who was looking for another producer to team up with Cheiron. Their first work together resulted in 'Baby one more time' the no 1 world wide hit with Britney Spears.

Rami has been involved in the production of albums for E-Type, Backstreet Boys, Nsync, Nick Carter, Westlife, Marion Raven, Celine Dion, Michael Bolton and The Veronicas.
