25 December 2006: I noticed on http://www.etype.dk that there is a news on December 4th 2006 that E-Type has said that Max Martin has approved his first single from his new album. Link: http://etype.dk/News 4th December 2006. I'm not sure if that means Max has produced it or just likes it!
Here is a very very brief history and some interesting notes:
- E-type began as a drummer in heavy metal bands, then was the host of a Swedish Music TV show.
- E-ype had a few hit songs with Stakka Bo (real name: Johan Renck). Stakka Bo is now a famous video director (he directed Kylie Minogue's "Love At First Sight" and Madonna's "Nothing Really Matters" and "Hung Up" and is now directing his first film).
- E-Type was introduced to Denniz Pop who, together with the other producers from Cheiron, helped produce many wonderful songs!
- E-Type's songs usually feature the beautiful vocals from Nana Hedin who has sung back-up vocals for Britney Spears and Celine Dion. Other backup singers who feature on E-type songs are Anna Nordell, Jeanette Olsson and Jessica Folcker.
- Very Interesting: In about 1999 E-Type and Max Martin began to record a heavy metal album together, with Max on vocals and E-type on drums. They apparently recorded 3 songs and were going to release an EP but unfortunately they both became too busy. Maybe one day in the future we will be lucky to hear this??!!
- In 2003 E-Type headlined a Euro Metal tour and changed his songs to a heavy metal sound, and Mikkey Dee, the drummer from Motorhead (who is half Swedish), was the drummer on tour with E-Type.

This album is the same as Loud Pipes Save Lives, though it includes the song Olympia, which is the same song as Camilla though with different lyrics. Olympia was the official song for the Swedish Olympic team for Athens. Also includes Campione 2000 the theme song for the European Soccer Championships in 2000.
First single Paradise produced by Max Martin, Rami, John Amatiello, Christian Nilsson and Daniel Papalexis and Patrik Henzel. Paradise was entered into the 2004 Eurovision contest, but unfortunately did not make it through. Second single Camilla co-written by Max Martin. Other producers include Jonas von der Burg, Peter Bostrom and Daniel Papalexis.
E-type is back in form with this album. A classic Eurodance album. Another masterpiece!. I don't know how he does it!

This album is fantastic and I love it, but it's just short of a masterpiece, I don't know why?
Produced by the Cheiron crew per the previous 2 albums, this time including Per Magnussum, David Kruegor, Andreas Carlsson. This CD is dedicated to the talented Denniz Pop who passed away. A dance album with the sounds of european folk music. Yep, you guessed it - a masterpiece!
