Info sent in to me from a German fan re Twill (thanks Julian!): Twill started in 2002 with releasing "Before I Fall" in Japan. The promo single back then included a first unmastered snippet of "IS IT LOVE". Actually the original version was pop! Due to the fact that production & promotion took so long, they had to somehow "update" it to 2005, so they re-produced it to the now released "rockier" version!

Twill recorded a 7-track mini-album that contains songs written by Jörgen Elofsson (e.g. the 2nd single "One Step At A Time"!), Diane Warren, Douglas Carr and Ace of Base star Jonas Berggren. Plus they re-recorded ACE OF BASE's "Into The Night Of Blue"!

25/3/06: I just received this single from Ebay! When I first played it, I llistened to it non-stop for about an hour.

So, Is It Love is more of an upbeat ballad, not like the pop/rock songs we've been hearing from Kelly Clarkson and The Veronicas. It could almost have been sung by Westlife, if Westlife were girls, if you know what I mean. Anyway, it's a great song, looking forward to their album!
