    5 August 2009: A discovery of an old song! Henrik from Sweden emailed to tell me that he found a non-released Max Martin song. The song is called "Jerusalem" and was written by Max Martin and Denniz Pop for Israel singer Ofra Haza. It was to be released on an album "Queen in Exile" but the album was never released. BUT the song is on youtube if you want to hear it.

    27 June 2009: Sadly Michael Jackson has died on 25 June 2009. As Cheiron fans will know, Michael Jackson performed backing vocals on the 3T song "I Need You" produced by Denniz Pop and Max Martin.  
   
    Max Martin said this about working with Michael Jackson in the Time Magazine interview "The Music Man" by Jeff Chu (December 21, 2001):

On collaborations past, present and future:

Max Martin: " I actually recorded Michael Jackson on one of the 3-T tracks. The guy can definitely sing. It's absolutely amazing what he did that night in the studio. I actually had to walk off — it was me and Denniz sitting there doing the recording. When [Jackson] started singing, I just lost it. I had to walk out for a while. I just left him singing.     Sugababes have recorded the song "Unbreakable Heart" written by Klas Åhlund and Max Martin. I only knew this because I read it on our forum. Very nice. As first mentioned on our forum! Swedish singer Emilia de Poret's latest single "Pick Me Up" is written by Arnthor Birgisson, Emilia de Poret and AJ Junior. This went straight to No.1 in Sweden! "So What" will be available in August and her new album is set to be released 28 October 2008. Great news! As noted by our forum members ages ago (they know everything!), Max Martin has co-written 2 songs on Vanessa's second album: "Identified" and "Set It Off".     As posted on my Guestbook by Birchmead (thank you): "Into the Nightlife" is a new song by Cyndi Lauper. It's written by Peer Åström, Johan Bobäck, Cyndi Lauper & Max Martin and produced by the first three. It's from her new album called "Bring Ya to the Brink". Excellent news! Martin from Sweden first let me know that Gavin's new album might include something from Max (thank you).
       
      However, don't get too excited!! Max is only on Pre-Production on the song "In Love With A Girl" .  
       
      But for completion purposes, you know you'll buy it.

As first noted by Martin from Sweden, Amy Diamond's single "Stay My Baby" is written by Max Martin and Tommy Tysper. "Stay My Baby" is the second single from Amy's third album "Music in Motion". Bubblegum pop!

    Leona Lewis is the 2006 winner of X-Factor.   Westlife released a new album with (OMG) some original songs! but don't freak out they also sing some covers. Yes indeed, there are 4 songs by Rami/Arnthor Birgisson/Savan Kotecha - "Us Against The World", "Something Right", "Pictures in My Head" and "The Easy Way" and a song by Jorgen Elofsson - "You Must Have Had A Broken Heart"! Nice one.  
    As reported on our forum ages ago, Leona's debut album includes the song "I Will Be" written by Avril Lavigne/Max Martin/Lukasz Gottwald and produced by Dr. Luke. Yes, this is the bonus track on Avril's album that was on her itunes version.
